Using DBI v 1.636
$dbi->{FetchHashKeyName}=âNAME_lcâ or NAME_uc apparently produces different keys from âlcâ and âucâ functions for fieldnames containing non-ascii characters.
For example, âämne-Abcâ with FetchHashKeyName=NAME_lc results in result key â\x{0}\x{0}mne-abcâ
