Oracle connection error (5 messages)

Hi,

While installing Perl DBI module to connect to Oracle 19c on RedHat 8 VM, I
see the below error and the installation fails.

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lnsl
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [Makefile:524: blib/arch/auto/DBD/Oracle/Oracle.so
<http://oracle.so/>] Error 1
ZARQUON/DBD-Oracle-1.83.tar.gz
/usr/bin/make -- NOT OK

Has anyone seen this error. Please help to resolve this issue.
